What we can help with

A woman sitting in a chair across from a counselor or therapist, taking notes in a notepad, during a therapy or counseling session in a cozy room with a wooden shelf holding plants, binders, and books in the background.

Welcome to Door of Hope Counselling, a safe, confidential place where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. We offer a compassionate space for adults navigating a range of themes such as, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, workplace bullying, grief, separation, divorce, and other life transitions. You don’t have to face things alone.

How we work

Our sessions are relaxed, supportive, and designed with your needs in mind.
